Placing orders
Our main job is as an agent. In China, you can't just place an order by sending specifications. You have to agree on volume first, because the Chinese are used to producing everything in batches of millions, and there are a lot of different small nuances. If it's a new product, you ask them to rework it ten times until you get the perfect quality. Only then do you start production.

Quality Control
It is important not to wait for the entire batch to be produced. You should arrive at the beginning of production and make sure that everything is as it should be. And then come back when the product is ready and double-check everything before sending it off.
